We are a full service abstract and title insurance company devoted to providing high quality service in a timely manner. Our primary goal is to help make the closing process as smooth as possible for all parties involved.

We provide redated abstracts, last owner searches, full titles, judgment searches, lien searches, financing statement searches and all required corporate searches needed to close any real estate transaction. Our company also issues title insurance through Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. We serve clients in Monroe County as well as other counties in the greater Rochester area and upstate New York.
